Hi, got a real puzzler here. I have a doc that has colored text and artwork.
The printer is a Toshiba e-studio 451 with multiple trays. We put special
paper in tray 2 just for this doc. When I try to print this doc, it defaults
to tray 1- normal paper (and no color). If I force word to print from tray 2,
it prints without color. 4 other users are able to print this same doc
without issue.
I double-checked printer settings and assignments, all 5 computers are
configured the same. I tried doing a repair-no change. Tried office
updates-no change. This and 2 other computers using office 2000, another
office 2003, and the last office 2007.
The Toshiba is installed on the server and shared from there to the
workstations.
Thanks in advance for any ideas...
