Unable to print from reading pane.

In Outlook 2003 we have a customer who cannot print from the reading pane,
listed below is the error he is receiving. I have searched everywhere and we
cannot figure out why or what is causing this, any ideas?

error:
"One or more of the items you tried to print does not support printing."

If he opens the email instead of using the reading pane it prints fine,
client would prefer to use the reading pane as it is much faster to view and
quickly print emails.

We have duplicated the setup here and it works fine for us, no
problems...confusing.

I am having the same issues here.
It only seems the one person is having this problem.
I do not get the error when I try this.
