JoyImpiombato

Cannot print Office 2007 Word docs or Outlook pages. But I am able to print
Office 2007 Publisher & Excel files, pdfs, jpgs etc. -
Printer identifies an error (with Word and Outlook docs)and after a few
minutes the file just disappears from the print queue.
Can someone please help???
thanks

Outlook pages.

Have you checked for updated printer drivers? Specifically what is the error
message?

You know it must be a driver issue, I just tried another printer (a canon)and
I can print both word & outlook document types - therefore there is nothing
in the settings that's a problem. I had even been to the epson website and
updated the drivers!Anyway - next will be contacting Epson about the issue.
Thank you!!

I'm sorry I couldn't help you fix the problem but at least narrowing down
the problem is better than knowing nothing. Good luck with Epson.
