Unable to print page

I do page set up, set drawing and print pages same, set scale 1:1. When I
attempt to print (Lexmark z4200) I get an Error: Protection Fault and error
code of 0xc0000005. All drop down menus on page set up have disappeared,
page size reverts to 8.5x11. I can still print out to acrobat, but no
printers. This just started recently. I have reinstall Visio 2002 standard
and all printer drivers. Any ideas?
