Unable to print report

I got a problem printing an access report, it is Access 97
on a Citrix server. When I try to print the initial
notification I get "what path do you want to print" -
enter number of form to print - doesn't print
printer is OK, printer box is OK, have rebooted and
checked everything

I then get the message - "MS access action open report was
cancelled"

Any ideas?

As is often the case, you have two choices.

1) Create a Summary query and base the report on that.

2) Create your report with counts in the group footer for
each physician, then omit the detail section.
