unable to print single page of a document

I have a problem of unable to print a single page in my document.
I have read thru' the web support and tried to recreate a new template and
copy my document over (as what it wrote in the web) and saved, initially I
can print it for the first time, but however, when I close the file and
reopen, I just cannot print the particular page that I want from the same
document again. Is anyone can help to solve this issue?
P.S I had tried to reinstalled the words, ut just can't help.

You can't click somewhere on the particular page you want to
print, and then click on File | Print | Print range: Current page
| OK?

Does your your document contains section breaks? If so, then you
have to include the section number with the page number in the
print range. For example, if you are trying to print page 3 in
section 2, then click on File | Print | Print range: Pages: p3s2
| OK.
