Unable to print table

S

Simon Kwong

I was using Word 2003 with sp2.
A new table was created with default setting (column:5, row:2). In Print
Layout View, the table was cut into 2 parts: one row was placed at the top
and the other at the bottom of the same page.
For another table with setting (column:5, row:3). In Print Layout View, the
table was cut into 3 parts: one row was placed at top, one row at middle and
the other at the buttom of the same page.
For another table with setting (column:5, row:10). In Print Layout View, the
table was cut and the rows(10) were evenly spread across the whole page.
The tables were cut/spat (not complete) when printing too.
However, the tables looked normal in Normal View and Web Layout View.
I un-installed the MS Office and renamed the folder C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office.
Then re-installed it. But no luck.
Kindly help.
Thanks

In Word, click on File | Page Setup | Layout tab | Vertical alignment:
Top | Apply to: Whole document | OK.
