Unable to print template from Excel 2000

I continue to receive the following error message: "the document cannot be
printed due to a system error. Try printing again, if unsuccessful, restart
windows and try printing again." I am printing to an HP Officejet 5500 and
have no problem printing anything else. I am running Windows XP Pro.

Try re-installing the print driver
