Unable to print titles

Okay, this is difficult to explain, but I'll try. I'm attempting to
get the titles at the top of my worksheet to "show" when I scroll down.
What I did was the following:

File, Page Setup, Sheet
Clicked on "Rows to repeat at top", then clicked on row.

It appeared to work, but when I scroll down I can't see the titles
anymore.

Hello-

The feature you applied is for printing only & has nothing to do with
on-screen display.

For working with the sheet, select a cell in the row immediately below the
captions (and just to the right of any columns to be fixed in place), then
go to Window>Freeze Panes. When you scroll down the rows above the freeze
will remain fixed in place and so will any columns to the left when you
scroll to the right.

Nothing else changes about the functionality of the sheet & its contents.
Whenever you wish you can go back to the Window Menu and the command will
read as 'Unfreeze Panes'... Turn it on and off as necessary.
