unable to print XP document in word 2002

[Frustrated]

hope someone could help!

tried to print my resume at a local copying shop
couldn't do it!
the terminals at the shop use MsWord 2002, while my
document was generated in XP Pro
unfortunately, seems no one at the copying shop knew how
to help me!

incidently, resume was saved onto a CD (not sure if that
would make any difference)

when i opened the MSWord 2002 application, i could see
the ICON for my document, but it wouldn't show the FONT!

APPRECIATE any help )

Word 2002 is the version you have in Office XP Pro. There is no difference.
What has happened, however, is that you have composed your résumé in a font
that is not installed on the computer you are trying to print from. If the
font is embeddable, you could try embedding it (Tools | Options | Save), but
it would be a lot easier to use one of the fonts that ship with
Word/Windows.
