Unable to publish forms with code behind

I'm trying to make a simple form wikth code behind and publish it to an
instance of MOSS 2007 but when I try to add a code behind project (event on
a button) it disables the browser enabled options from the publishing
wizard.

The following dialog is shown every single time I try to add a code behind
project to my form:

If I go into the Forms Options and deletes the code behind project, I'm
again allowed to publish with the Document Library/Site Content Type
options.

I'm I going about this the wrong way, I'm not able to figure out a way to
publish my InfoPath forms as Web Forms with Code Behind....
