Unable to publish forms

Since an security update last Friday, the "Publish Forms" options are no
longer active. Has anyone else seen this? I have Administrator rights and
the IT department claims nothing should have changed

What security update did you apply?

It appears it was not a security update, rather an update for .NET Framework
2.0.
The problem seems to be isolated to my machine, as others on the network
still have the options. I am on a Laptop, and the condition exists when
disconnected from the network as well.

Since the Publish Forms functionality has no connection with the .NET Framework, this sounds more like a coincidence. I'd try running Help | Detect and Repair.

Yea, I thought of that too and tried it. No change. I uninstalled my adware
program as well as the Microsoft Anti-spyware program thinking it had
disabled something but no change. I assume there is a setting somewhere but
cant seem to find it. I would have to have to rebuild Outlook from scratch.

Any possibility that it is related to BCM for Outlook? I run that too but
have not seen any issues. I did the upgrade to SP2 for that some time back
but it didnt change anything at the time.
At this point I have no clue as to why the options are not available, but I
will need to correct it.

Try starting Outlook with a mail profile that does not include BCM and test in that profile.
