Unable to publish project to server

I have set up a demo of Project 2003 in Virtual Machines
on my PC. I have a VM for Server, another for client. When
I attempt to "publish" a project with the client I get an
error that "Web browser is sending a WWW-Authenticate
header field that the Web server is not configured to
accept"

I *think* this is an IIS setup issue but can't find how to
address it. Anyone have a pointer?
