Unable to publish Projects

I have Installed Project Central Server 2002 and using
Project Professional 2002 for creating the Projects. When
i publish the projects it gives me the following error.

" You are trying to publish a non-enterprise project to a
Microsoft Project Server. The administrator settings on
the server do not allow you to publish non-enterprise
projects "

The database used is MSDE.

I've had the same problem and it could be a couple of
things. On the server, you need to be set up with
authority to publish a project. Also, I think you must
save the project to the server for the first time. Before
it lets you do a publish. I'm fairly new with the server
version so maybe someone with more experience has other
ideas.

Before you can publish a project, you must be logged into the Project Server
with project manager permissions. See the following link for how to solve
