Unable to publish site changes??

I am using frontpage 2003 and a complete novice. Have been using this for 3
years and suddenly after making a change to my home page (adding a new
button) I am unable to publish. I get an error message "Server error: the
page button3.jpg has been modified by chacha on 04 oct 2007 15:28:09 -0700.
Once I press ok to the error message I am unable to go forward and am unsure
of how to make this go away? Please help.

How do you publish your site? using FTP or Publishing using HTTP? make sure
your frontpage extensions are activated at your hosting company's server.
This is done in your control panel. Just edit the page online and save it.
