Unable to publish to server, error 0x800A0CC1

New to project, new server install, When trying to publish from Pro, get
error 0x800A0CC1 whenever any resources are added. The resources are from ADS
and the users for these resources were created via PWA as Windows
Authentication users. Without adding resources, no error but none of the
tasks show up in PWA.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately this does not seem to be the issue here.
The enterprise resources have been created, and I can download them from the
project server into pro to form a team. But when I create projects and
publish, a - tasks do not show up in PWA( project does) and b - If I try to
assign any resources to tasks, i get error 0x800A0CC1 when publishing.

Nevermind - Issue seems to be badly installed SP1 (no SQL patch!)
