unable to read excel file after upgrading to XP!!!

I have justed upgraded my computer to use Windows XP Home
edition with installing Office XP. However, after I change
the excel file (which was built by using Excel 2000), the
file cannot be opened by Excel 2000 in my office. It can
only be opened by my home XP computer.The excel files
include many cross spreadsheet linking and formulas.

Is there anybody help me? I would be very appreciate.
