When I try and open my news reader from outlook 2000
(outlook express newsreader) I get the following message:-

"The TCP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the
server"

Details >>
Configuration:
Account: news.microsoft.com
Server: news.microsoft.com
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 119
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 800ccc0f

Does anybody have any ideas on this, I have looked at the
port 119 from ISA on the server and I appear to have
access on this port. The machine is XP Pro, Outlook 2000.
The server is running SBS 2003

Any help would be appreciated.
