We recently migrated some users to Office 2003. They are all having an issue
with one particular (older) document and get the above message when they try
to open it. There is a fix that works in Article ID: 889409. It's a
registry edit and it works. However, the document says that this was
supposed to be fixed with Service Pack 2. All our users have Service Pack 2
installed, but I still have to perform the registry edit to enable opening of
this document.
Has anybody else had a similar issue?
