Unable to Receive Email, HALP me!

So I am using Time Warner cable POP settings (triple checked all settings)
in my Outlook 2007. I recently upgraded from Outlook 2003. Since then I
can send emails but I cannot receive them in Outlook. I do not get any error
mesages.
I did import my old PST from 2003. Its only about 125MB. I have attempted
to rename the extend.dat and had no luck receiving emails still.

If you upgraded, OL2003 to OL2007, all your mail & settings should have been
useable in OL 2007, and there would have been no requirement to import any
mail.
It appears you may have created a new Profile, If in Data File Management
you review the profiles is a second one shown?
