Unable to receive incoming emails from my website into Outlook 200

Receiving the following error message:
Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Outlook could not connect to the
incoming mail server (POP3). The problem could be your SSL or port settings
for the incoming server. Verify your port and SSL settings under More
Settings on the Advanced tab.
Have unchecked email scan for outgoing and incoming mail in Norton Antivirus
and have unblocked firewall. Have been receiving incoming mail through
website for over a year and have not made any changes to settings. Mail is
going into Comcast but not coming into Outlook. Can anyone please help?
