Unable to "Reconfigure Mail Support"

I upgraded a user from O/L 2000 to 2K2, and now she sees the global, corp
list instead of our site. I used to go to \Tools\options and use services to
set O/L to look locally. Services is no longer avail., and \tools\ mail\
reconfigure is no longer there...

Outlook 2002 doesn't need reconfigured - just go to tools, accounts and add
the accounts you need.

Do you mean she sees the wrong gal list? You'll change that in address book
configurations.
