Unable to regain access to my workspace

Hi There!
I have uninstalled and re-installed Groove and one of the workspaces I had
created dissapeared from my PC.
I have asked others who hace access to that workspace to invite me but when
I accept the invitation there is an error message on the other PC that
prevents the download to my PC to proceed.
Any hints or suggestions?

Hi,

Would you please let us know the exact error message you got so that we can
perform the further research on the issue?

In addition, please let the Manager of the workspace send the invitation to
you to test this issue agian. If you still cannot download the workspace, let
the manager of the space save the space to a file and send the file to you.
Can you add the workspace to your account now? let me know the results.

Hi Sara,

The problem is that I am the manager. The error message is a standard one
(too much size or settings)

I have followed your suggestion (importing the workspace as a file) and
could finally regain access to it but now I have several users "suspended".

And the users now have two workspaces (one is my new copy).
