Unable to remove Office 97

I no longer have the installation CD or code # for Office 97. I am trying to
delete it from my PC as I am using Office 2007. 97 is not shown under Control
Panel/Remove Programs, but when I click Start/Programs, etc., the 97 programs
are there.

Is there any way to delete the Office 97 programs?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I really appreciate the help, thank you! However, I followed the detailed
directions, to remove all of MS Office. However, when I rebooted and
redownloaded MS Office 2007 Trial version, my Office 97 programs were still
there. I would like to purchase Office 2007, but not until I can get rid of
the old programs.
