unable to reply/compose msgs using Outlook Web Access

I am unable to reply or compose msgs using MS Outlook Web Access. Am able to
retrieve and open msgs, but when I hit "reply," the message body is grayed
out and has a red X.

A point of information: I have Microsoft Office 2007 installed on the
computer, but it doesn't seem that MS Outlook was included in the software
package. Could this be the problem, or is it just as simple as changing some
of my Internet Explorer settings?

OWA has nothing to do with Outlook. The exchange admin needs to install a
hotfix on the server so your browser version works.
