Unable to reply/send messages with Outlook 2007

I have vista and use tiscali as my ISP. I can receive emails but not send
them. I receive the error message; !Task my email address - sending reported
error (Ox800CCC80): None of the authentication methods supported by this
client are supported by your server. I have emailed tiscali (using tiscali,
as now, not outlook) about the problem and they have replied that it is a
microsoft problem. Can anyone help with this as i would really like to be
able to use OUtlook 2007?
