Unable to reply to messages after upgrade to 2003

The install to 2003 went well. I am able to send and
receive emails but when I reply I get
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

Subject: RE: this is a test from natalie
Sent: 2/06/2004 11:03 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Anton Magdic on 2/06/2004 11:03 AM
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of
allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
Any help would be much appreciated.
