unable to retreive outlook data files

Have just brought new computer, unable to access (import) my e-mails, could
any body please advice me, if it is still possible to import my e-mails, my
account is still the same one from when i was using my previous computer, my
incoming mail has always been pop3, i have gone threw the procedure of
File>Open>Outlook Date File, but unfortunatly there is only one outlook.pst
file there, and that is my present one, while using my new computer.

Let me understand. You were expecting the Outlook Data File from your old
computer somehow to appear on your new computer?
It seems to me you should be looking on your old computer for that file,
right? Once you download from your mail server, your emails are on your
computer, not the mail server. So your pop mail account is not in play here.
Your previous Outlook data file is.

After furious head scratching, PDC asked:
