Unable to retrieve from _private folder

I have a client who has been successfully retrieving employment applications
from the _private file at their site. When she began, she was using Windows
97. They recently upgraded her to Windows 2003. As soon as the upgrade had
been completed, she began having difficulty opening the _private file and/or
the form results. She uses Front Page to access the server.
She can consistently open the site -- and sometimes the private folder --
but not the results form.
I can do all the above from my computer.
Any suggestions?

The permissions are different under Windows 2003 Server then for prior version of Windows Servers.
However as long as she is able to open the root web via FP, then she should have access to the
_private folder content from within FP. She should not be able to access the _private content
outside of using FP.
