Unable to run Office Setup

I have tried a few of the suggestions for this problem but
it remains unresolved! Help would be appreciated. I've
tried Removing Office via Add/Remove, used msicuu program,
and the odd other strategy.

It seems ridiculous that I cannoteven remove Office and
start again. Is this a registry problem?
