I dont know why the office updates checker stopes at 10% !?

Go to the run command and type in "%windir%/Downloaded Program Files" with
out the quotation marks and press enter. When the window pops up find the
"Office Update Installation Engine" control, right click and select
"Remove". From here trying visiting Office Update again, let us know if this
doesn't work...
