Unable to save project

I'm getting a "user has insufficient permissions - contact
server adminstrator" error whenI try to save a project.
Not sure what got flipped as everything was saving fine
last week.

I'd start by going to PWA and checking the user and group
permissions (not sure how you're set up) and check that
the Allow check box for Save Project is checked.

This can be disabled at several levels - Category, Group,
and User, so I'd check all of them.
