Unable to save to Web Folder

If I use any Office product when trying to save a
document I am able to browse web folders when doing
a "save as". However, when I use a Non-Office product
such as WinZip or Adobe when I try to do a "save as" to a
web folder I am unable to browse the folder structure,
everything is empty. I have the latest versions of the
apps. Any ideas?
