I recently installed Vista Premium/Outlook 2007. I have encountered a
problem, "There are no items to show in this view", when searching the
Outlook Contacts--I am sure the content exists for a valid search. Based on
some postings found on the internet and this site, I have turned off
Personal/Archive indexing search options found in Tools>Instant
Search>Options, and have had some success searching Outlook's Contacts ... I
get one good return (for example, "Joh" returns all the John files), if I try
to expand the search (e.g. "John"), or try another search term the error is
encountered. If I completely exit Outlook and reactivate, I again have one
valid search opportunity before getting the problem again.
Any help is apprecaited!!
