Unable to Search Outlook 2007

I have a client who has Outlook 2007 and her search function no longer works.
I have set her permissions to owner but when she tries to search a folder for
a name she knows is there..it keeps coming back no matches found.

We have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2007. We ran a diagnostics. We
rebuilt her profile and she is still unable to search all mail items or an
individual folder.
