unable to see background

Hi all. My webpage is working fine (knock on wood)......one user can't
see the background graphic.

The webpage is all about scrabble stuff....the bg is a scrabble board,
though I made it a little transparent....

I don't think it's my own doing, or my graphic which is the problem.....but
I'm kinda curious why this one user (not others) can't see my background.
Must be something with his browser settings.

Ideas?

Just a longshot suggestion...maybe they mean they cannot read it?
Whaddya think? They have it, but think they must be able to read the board?

It works in both Netscape 7.2 and IE 6.0 browsers. Not sure about Firefox.

Could well be, thanks.......I do see that when I do stats of who checks out
my page, the vast majority of users use IE, next is Moxilla, then Firefox.


Oh! Just checked with him on MSN.....he's using IE 6.0. Really, it's a
mystery!
