Unable to see Free/Busy

I have 10 Exchange servers in 10 different countries. They are all part of
the same site. One country is Zurich. Users in Zurich are unable to see the
free/busy information of the people in the US. But the people in the US can
see the Zurich free/busy. The folder "Schedule + Free/busy" is being
replicated to Zurich. Is there something else that needs to be done to allow
the Zurich users to see the US free/busy? Thanks
