Unable to see pictures in emails I forward...

When i receive emails from others that have pictures imbeded in them, the
pictures do not show up when I click the "foward" button to send them on. In
the new window to send the forwarded email, all of the text it there, however
all I get from the pictures are a black outlined box where the picture should
be. This used to work fine. Any ideas what happened? By the way, the
recipients of the forwarded email get the whole picture.
