Unable to see the Encarta Dictionary option in the Word 2003

Hello.

I am unable to see the Encarta online Dictionary Option in the Reseasrch Bar
in Word 2003.
This option is not available, to enable, when I click the "Research
Options..." option at the bottom of the Research Bar in Word 2003.

Please advise as to how I can enable this option in the Research Bar so that
I can check the meaning of words using the Online Encarta Dictionaries while
using word.
