david,
My first problem with 2002 was with the home page and 2002 not creating a
index.htm like built in with 2000 but did figure that out with help from a
web site guy but who cant figure this one out--so far.
website is
www.bnaiisraeltomsriver.org or if YOU have problems too, you
can
access the entire site except the home page by going to
www.bnaiisraeltomsriver.org/index_files/page0002.htm . Unfortunately being
a
religious organization our funds for this is limited and I do the best I
can.
As an add-on, will Pub 2003 fix the top problem to make it easier and more
HTML compliant and maybe even this one.
I see you help almost everybody on this site-hope you can do the same for
me.
Thanks
Steve

You'd have to post the url for review.

David,
To answer the question, I did not install any service packs but will do
so.
Also interesting to note, is that when I direct these people directly t
any
other page, they can access the entire site except for the first/home
page.
To note, the first page is also the only page I actually put in HTML
code
for
a scrolling news box and every other page is copy/paste and text boxes
and
pix.
Could this also be a problem or is it most probably the service
packs-or
lack thereof?
Thanks
Steve

If you are using 2002 in it's shipped bits then you are more likely to
have
problems. You need to have all service pack bits. If you are not using
version 2002 "SP3" then visit

I have only recently become aware that certain people have been
unable
to
view my organizations website, whether it be the browser they are
using
or
otherwise, I have no idea. I created the site using Publisher 2002
and
uploaded it and I have not had any problems viewing it from any
computer I
have tried it from. I have heard that using PUB doesnt always use
compliant
HTML for all browsers and this could be the reason certain people
cant
view
it--is this true and any suggestions?
Thanks
Steve
