Unable to send all emails

Can anyone help me. I am using a laptop previously used by an ex colleague,
and am having problems sending emails to certain addresses. Although all
previous information was deleted I can only send emails to those addresses
that come up in the auto complete boxes, which appear to relate to the
previous user. If I manually add an email address it does not store in auto
complete, and I get the response none of your email accounts could send to
this recipient. I can't even reply to emails sent to me! If I try I get the
response relaying denied. I have checked all the settings and servers with
another colleague and everything seems fine
