Unable to send attachment from Word

When going to Send To -> Mail recipient as attachment in Word 2003 my user
gets the error:

"Word couldn't send mail because of MAPI failure: "Unspecified error."

Initially I thought it was because her profile did not have the Outlook
Address Book service installed in Outlook, but after adding that service and
restarting Outlook (even restarted the machine) this error persists.

This has happened since she was given a new machine. Since the OAB wasn't
installed I'm wondering what other components may be missing from her
install. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks Tim. Forgot to drop back in here and say the third link (corrupt
registry keys) did the trick.
