Unable to send attachments through outlook 2000

When i am trying to send any mail with attachment, i am getting the
following error message:
" Can't creat file: Right click the folder you want to creat the file
in, and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your
permission to the folder".
Can any one tell me why i am getting this error message and how to
rectify the same.
