Unable to send contact info...

I have Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000 and XP clients. We
are unable to attach contact information in our emails. I
have tried attaching the Contact as File and items to no
avail. No error message is create when the email is sent
to the destination address. The attached contact
information shows as an attached email folder, but it
does not contain anything. Am I missing a setting in
outlook somewhere? Is it some configuration changes I
need to do on my server? Please help ??????

Try Actions | Forward as vCard. That's probably easier than trying to
remember to change the message format to RTF.
