Has anyone else run into this problem? I installed Service Pack 3 and now I
can no longer send out any emails through Outlook 2003. If I try and send an
email I get the following error message -
Task 'mail.comcast.net - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook is
unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to
receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP).'
I can get all of my email coming in, I just can not send anything out all of
the sudden. But I can log into my providers website and send emails out
without a problem. So I know there is no issue with the provider, just
something within Outlook.
Thanks for any help on fixing this!
