Hi -
I have been running Outlook 2000 on an XP system with no problems unti
recently. I installed more memory and a new hard drive on my compute
and now, I am unable to send emails from Outlook. I have not change
any settings and I am still receiving emails with no problem.
When I try to send, I get this error message:
"An unknown error has occurred. Please save any exisitng work an
restart the program. {Account: earthlink, SMTP serve
'smtp.comcast.net', error number 0x800cce09)"
Detect and repair does not seem to help, and I have uninstalled an
reinstalled the program without any luck.
Any ideas for how to deal with this? I couldn't find this erro
anywhere else online or in this forum.
Thanks so much,
