Unable to send email Outlook 2002 or others

I've had this problem for a while; tried Norton's Firewall work around,
several Outlook solutions and my satellite ISP provider seems to think it's
not their system causing the problem.

Have used detect and repair and reinstalled to no avail. Error is 0x800CCCOF

I have three email capable programs and none will send, but I can receive
messages. Any other helpful suggestions appreciated.

You should post your issues to an Outlook newsgroup. We support the OneNote
program here. If you're running anything Norton or Symantec which is
checking your emails, you may want to check the Symantec web site where
they're indicated it fouls up email programs.

Thanks Chris. I'll revisit the Symantec/Norton's site again.

I thought I had posted my issues to the Outlook newgroup and I'm not sure
what the OneNote program is? Would you clarify please?
