Your problem doesn't sound like an Outlook issue since you can Send & Receive
mail directly via the phone line.
The information you have provided is vague but I can assume from it that you're
using a company LAN that may have restrictions imposed by the System
Administrator or by design. This is based on the "Relaying denied" error
message, which means that you're not authorized to send some messages via this
server. Outgoing messages (via the LAN) may be restricted to internal mail only.
If this is the case, your company's IT support will have to resolve your
problem.
