when traveling, I can receive emails via outlook on my laptop but I am unable
to send emails via outlook. I can only send emails if I access my email
account via the internet. I have tried changing my outlook settings on the
outgoing server to "my outgoing server requires authentication" and also "use
same settings as my incoming mail server" but I'm still having the same
problem. I can send/receive emails fine using outlook when I'm at home using
my laptop. Is there another setting that needs to be updated? I'm using
Outlook 2003.
