Unable to send mail in Outlook anymore

For the past 2 days, I have been unable to send e-mail in Outlook, but am
still receiving it. And I can send it straight from the pop server I access.


Here is the error message I am receiving:
Task pop.spire-associates.com - Sending reported error (0x800CCC65): Your
outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you contine
to revieve this message, contact your server admin or Internet service
provider (ISP), The server responded: 503 Valid RCPT TO <recipient> must
precede DATA'
